STUDY IN AUSTRALIA APPLICATION PROCESS

1. Counseling & send in application Via IEC IEC Education Counselors N/A
2. Receive offer from Uni/College College / University 2-4 weeks*(depending on application details)

4.		 ACCEPT OFFER BY PAYING 1ST SEMESTER FEE AND HEALTH INSURANCE
Provide Credit Card Details & Passport Page		 Student At least 4 weeks before date of commencement.
5 Book Accommodation Student
- Guidance may be given by IEC staff.
6. CONFIRMATION OF ENROLMENT College / University 1 – 2 weeks
7. APPLY FOR STUDENT VISA (AUD$550 : Necessary documents to be advised by Administrator) IEC Visa Administrator 30 Mins.
8. GO FOR MEDICAL CHECK UP (with downloaded forms) Student will need to bring original passport. IEC will print out Appointment Form from the online Visa application for student to bring to Medical check up and X-ray.

11. ONCE APPROVED, IEC VISA ADMINISTRATOR TO CALL STUDENT IEC Visa Administrator: Jessica

STUDY IN NEW ZEALAND APPLICATION PROCESS

3. ACCEPT OFFER BY PAYING ANNUAL FEES AND HEALTH INSURANCE
  • Complete acceptance form
 Student At least 8 weeks before date of commencement.
4. Apply for Certificate of Good Conduct www.kln.gov.my
  • 2 IC photocopy
  • 2 passport size photos
  • RM20
  • Register online – print out 2 completed forms
 Student 1 day
5. Apply for Accommodation – Online –check with specific university application procedures. Student with IEC assistance if necessary. 1 - 2 weeks

7.		 Fill in New Zealand Visa Form – Payment of Visa Fees in SGD$ via credit card

8. GO FOR MEDICAL CHECK UP ( with DOWNLOADED FORMS) X-RAY (do this first)

11. ONCE APPROVED, NEW ZEALAND IMMIGRATION WILL COURIER BACK TO IEC OFFICE New Zealand Immigration (Singapore) Immigration New Zealand

STUDY IN UK APPLICATION PROCESS

2. Receive offer from Uni/College College / University
  • Foundation 48hrs
  • University 4-6 weeks
3. Accept offer by Paying Deposit (refer to offer letter)
  • Not all Universities require deposit
 Student At least 3 months (100 days before date of commencement
4. Book Accommodation Student
  • Assistance may be proved by IEC Staff
 At least 3 months (100days) before date of commencement.
5. Visa preparation for UK ** Please contact IEC for detailed UK Visa Steps or visit: http://www.vfs-uk-my.com/ IEC Counselor and staff to advice students on documents required for visa application.
6. UK Visa application charges:
Refer to: www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk for updated UKBA visa requirements.
Payment can only be made via Alliance Bank.		 Student N/A
7. AWAIT APPROVAL OF VISA VFS – UK Visa Application Centre (Kuala Lumpur) 5 – 14 working days
8. Medical report – any doctor Student to see any General Doctor with approved medical check-up form.
9. Once Visa is approved VFS Centre will Courier passport back to student or student can collect personally from VFS UK Application Centre Student

STUDY IN CANADA APPLICATION PROCESS

5. Visa preparation for Canada Download application form and other documents from: www.cic.gc.ca
  • Proof of funds: CAD10000 for 1st year’s expenses
  • Payment of 1st year’s fees
 IEC Counselor and staff to advice students on documents required for visa application.
6. Canadian Student Permit  application charges: CA $125 (bank draft to Receiver General for Canada) Student
7. Go for Medical Check up: Kota Kinabalu
