10 weeks per term (twice weekly @ 2hrs per session)
with a recommended minimum of 20 weeks. |

All instructional material will be provided
by our Centre. |

12 students per class, up to a maximum of
15 students per class. |

LEVEL OF PROFICIENCY:

The level of the course (beginners, elementary, pre-intermediate,
intermediate ) will be determined after the first lesson where students
will be evaluated by means of a written test. |

|
|
CERTIFICATE:
|
|
A Certificate of Proficiency will be issued to students
after the completion of one level. This will depend on the assessment
at the end of the course. |

|
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
|

1. |
Students absent for more than 2 lessons concurrently
without a valid reason or MC will not be allowed to continue |
| |
|
|
| |
2. |
Students absent for a total of 5 lessons without a valid
reason or MC will not be allowed to continue |
| |
|
|
| |
3. |
There will be a weekly assessment, results of which
will be given to the HR Manager or Person-in-Charge. |
| |
|
|
| |
4. |
There will be two main exams, once after Term 2 and
final one at the end of Term 4; complete with a report card and teachers’
comments which will be given to the HR Manager or Person-in-Charge.

5. |
Should a lesson fall on a public holiday, a replacement
class will be arranged. |
| |
|
|
| |
6. |
Should the teacher be unable to attend class, a replacement
teacher will be arranged. |
